Fresh graduates who are organised, willing to learn and have strong administrative skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in construction, engineering, project or site administration will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team.
  • Maintain accurate and orderly electronic and hard-copy filing of correspondence, reports, records, forms and project documentation.
  • Track employee and worker attendance, deployment, leave, time records and workforce information for Head Office.
  • Coordinate training, safety-course enrolment, site access, certifications and other project-related administrative requirements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, trackers, presentations, reports and follow-up records.
  • Support site-office supplies, project stationery, fixed-asset records, deliveries and site-office logistics.
  • Support purchase requests, invoice documentation, claims records and other project administration processes.
  • Liaise with site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers and Head Office on project administration and documentation matters.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project and workforce records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee, commercial and project information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher Nitec or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in project administration, construction administration, site administration or engineering administration will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with the ability to manage electronic filing and project documentation.
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Organised and responsible, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams and Head Office.
  • Professional and service-oriented, with the confidence to communicate with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced construction and engineering project environment.
